The Space

Accommodation is a boutique 4 star hotel that offers rooms on a bed and breakfast basis. The Hotel is small with only 8 rooms, so it offers great service and a real personal touch. Breakfast is continental with breads, croissants, meats cheeses, fresh coffee, tea and cooked eggs, however the chef is on hand for any special requests.

Your room has a beautiful balcony either facing the ski piste or the church in the centre of Maria Alm, a large super king bed and en-suite facilities. The Hotel has great facilities including a newly built spa area. With 3 different saunas, relaxation area, steam room and treatments available.

The Hotel is in a prime central location in the ski resort close to all the bars and restaurants, and has a fantastic restaurant and bar next door. This really is a fantastic place to stay, with a very friendly family host.  Just 50 meters from the nearest lifts connecting you to the entire Hochkönig ski region.
