Aprés Ski in Maria Alm


Aprés ski is a big part of the Austrian culture they have special songs, dances and drinks. Maria Alm while not a huge aprés ski area still has a great selection of lively bars until 19.00, some are located up the mountain with flood lit pistes to get you home, while other are more beginner and child friendly located in the village centre. Wherever you decide to dance in your ski boots, it is a big part of your holiday experience in this unique ski region in Austria!

Maria Alm also has a great selection of restaurants and bars, with over 30 restaurants in resort to choose from. Within a couple of kilometers from Maria alm there are some national acclaimed restaurants for any foodies out there!

Tobogganing

Ski Show


Held every Tuesday throughout the winter season. This special show showcases the amazing techniques from the best ski instructors in the region. The demo team in Maria Alm have won Austria’s best formation skiing championships 3 years in a row. There are special events just for the kids, big air, traditional skiing on wooden skis, and  the finale is an amazing fireworks display. For our older guests there is an after party with a DJ, held at a great cocktail bar in the centre of the village.

Four times a week you can enjoy for FREE the extra thrill of night skiing, with a lift running until 21.00 and 2 bars open to run in and get warm or watch your friends practising there moves on the slopes! There is also a small park for anyone keen to practise their 360′ skills!
